* All baptized Christians are affectionately invited to receive Holy Communion.

* If you do not wish to partake of the common cup, leave the consecrated host in your palm and the minister will dip it into the cup (intinction) and place it on your tongue.

* If you do not wish to partake of the wine, simply return to your seat in peace after you have received the consecrated host. The fullness of the sacrament, in the Body of Christ, is received nonetheless.
